At Tamworth Rotary we are a very dynamic and purpose driven club. We range in age from 19 up to 90. Breaking from the norm of your stereotypical Rotary club, we have fun, we enjoy fellowship and we are there to serve our community in Tamworth, across the UK and globally. Primarily, we are here to serve the amazing people of Tamworth as we are all local and want to make a difference in our town.
Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto: Service above Self.
Whether at home or abroad, our members are found in more than 200 countries, so we are in the unique position of being able to reach people in need wherever they are. Being part of the global Rotary family is a true honour and blessing.
